improving my english..

I'm still looking for some way in improving my speaking, listening & of course my writing..
since this language is very compulsory nowadays, especially when you're looking for job..

now, I'm 20 and my english is still not very well..my family, they're really good at it..
hmm, need to stop from being lazy & start to be a hardworking person..
maybe I should write in english more often..
